Ask for written confirmation of availability, the total price and currency, inclusions, cancellation terms, and the exact meeting point. Confirm whether pickup, park entry, food and equipment are included in your chosen option.
Choose a realistic day
For boat trips, ask about sea conditions and the alternative if sailing is unsuitable. For cruise excursions, plan around your ship's all-aboard time and agree a return buffer. Tell us if you are staying outside the Samaná peninsula, as longer transfers need separate planning.
